Guilford Rotary's Seniors Luncheon
The Nathanael Greene Community Center
Each year since 1984, the Rotary Club of Guilford has provided the senior citizens of Guilford with a luncheon to recognize the contribution these seniors have made to the quality of life in Guilford. This luncheon is cooked and served by Guilford Rotarians. There is a visit from Santa, music -- including the Guilford High School "Voices," singing seasonal carols, and holiday stockings packed with goodies for each guest. It is an event that is enjoyed by Guilford seniors and also by the Rotarians who set up, cook, and serve at the Seniors Luncheon.
If you are a Guilford senior citizen and would like to attend this event, please stop in at the community center and sign up for it so that we can have a count of people planning to attend.
The Guilford Carolers
It has become a tradition on the evening following the Seniors Luncheon Guilford Rotarians gather at a local nursing home and sing carols for the occupants. If you would like to join us, please contact a Rotarian for the time and location of the event.
