About Guilford Rotary - Meeting Makeups

Rotarians meet once each week to share fellowship, plan projects and learn what is happening in the Rotary world.  If a Rotarian is unable to meet with their club, they can "make up" a meeting in one of the following ways:

  1. Make up a meeting by attending the meeting of another Club in our District.  This makeup option permits you to be aware of District 7980 events as well as seeing how another Club conducts their meetings and their projects. District 7980 Meeting Makeups

  2. Make up anywhere around the world.  There is a Rotary Club in most countries.  You can find a club through the Rotary International web site.  Click below. Worldwide Rotary Clubs

  3. Make up on line.  If you have access to the internet, you can make up at a variety of "eClubs."  There are many; links to Club One eclub and other USA eclubs are listed below.  Typically, you must spend at least 30 minutes at the site, reading from a number of topics about Rotary.  It is a great way to learn more about Rotary.  Also typically, the site is free but a donation of your usual meeting fee is requested.  A makeup sheet can be printed or, usually, you can give the eClub the email address of your attendance secretary and they will email the secretary.
